
I presented at an event yesterday to a few hundred people. They all seemed engaged, joining in with polls and feeding back their comments. In 45 minutes I had a greater reach than if it had been a few traditional face to face events.
Are you still really trying to re-design your learning offer to go back to 12 people in a training room?
It will be interesting to see whether organisations and L&D people can envisage a better normal or just insist on returning to the comfortable blanket of ‘what we’ve always done’.
