I lost a file the other day. It was a presentation that simply disappeared. I had a look for it, couldn’t find it, got annoyed and ended up re-building it from scratch again.

Then it disappeared again.

I did the same and re-built it but spent more time investigating why and found there’s a structural issue in the way I’ve set folders up, limits on saving images, and account settings.

The simple failure of delivery you’re working on might be more of a systemic failure. Make sure you’re analysing the WHOLE data to uncover what’s wrong and not just papering over a crack.
