
I see this a lot; zoom fatigue, engagement, connection, etc.
We seem to forget that online video is a broadcast form of communication – only one voice can speak at a time and individuals are, mostly, limited to text interaction.
We have to help people learn how to use text channels, chat rooms, whiteboards, etc to be able to express their point.
We have to speak less and make sure that more voices are heard.
We have to let people wander out into their own spaces to talk with others.
Online is harder to craft; make it easier for people to participate.
