
It was Remembrance last week in the UK (Veterans Day in the US) and I saw at least a dozen posts, ads and promotions linking people’s products and services to the event. The most obtuse example:
Secret weapon to make your LinkedIn posts really hit home.
This was published alongside an image of a WW1 howitzer.
That’s poor taste in my opinion and something that I’d be driven away from. What you do today will be remembered by people for a long time, whether it be good, or bad.
