I’ve been filming for the last 2 days as part of my current assignment. I was so lucky to have recorded a podcast on this topic a couple of weeks ago.

What’s been great to observe, and be part of, is people making decisions and working around problems in a practical and pragmatic way.

I’ve mentioned that work is going to be very different for many people but, as I’ve said before, we can’t assume that knowledge workers have the same challenges as us as knowledge workers do.

Take time to work with people who craft. Take time to work with people who design and make. It’s refreshing and inspiring.
