I’m not suggesting this in terms of learning content, but the attitude. I mentioned the other day how the approach about return to workplaces is polarised. Rather than wait to see how things fall, it’s time to build tactics that are able to respond and be flexible enough to manage the fluidity of the situation.

Sometimes you can’t wait for the zeitgeist; sometimes you have to form the narrative.
