The culture of experience

I’ve been talking about culture with people this week and something has emerged. You can describe it, you can illustrate it, you can explain what it is and how it might be, but the only way to understand it is to experience it.

it’s interesting to note that by experiencing it, you’re also forming and changing it.

Can you realistically describe the learning culture of your organisation if you’re not experiencing it as every other user?
