Common untruths

Some things are blatantly untrue. Here are a few of them:

Onions can soften in 10 minutes.
Wrong, they take a good 20 minutes AT LEAST to soften properly

Oven chips will cook in 20-25 minutes.
No – allow 30 minutes. Minimum.

One minute on the London tube noticeboard.
Anything between 40 and 120 seconds.

It should take 5 minutes to compete this simple questionnaire.
No – it’ll take 2 minutes or 10.

Navigation on this platform is simple.
No it’s not.

All video conferencing is the same.
Anyone who’s lost the unmute button knows this isn’t true.

Left brain/right brain.
Stop.
