I’m pleased the question didn’t frame us as post pandemic – we’re not.

As I said in my replies, it’s about building capacity for more lockdowns. We WILL see more strains of Covid and we need to see how vaccine resistant they are. This is because the levels of vaccination globally are mixed and especially poor in sub Saharan Africa.

If you’re planning for the next 12-24 months, you MUST make sure you’re in a place where you can flex your learning quickly and confidently. If you don’t, you’re at risk of being caught out as we were in 2020.
