Groups are great ways to meet new people but I much prefer to use them to create communities.

Communities rarely let me down and people mostly follow through with what they offer.

Communities are fluid and flexible and able to respond at pace.

Communities give me confidence since everyone is an expert as something.

Communities will always provide the resources I need if I ask.

MOST importantly, communities have empathy and understand my circumstances better than simple groups and networks.

Use groups to join communities and if you can’t find the communities you need, make the group into one.
