LFH

I keep hearing about working from home (WFH) data and research but little on learning from home (LFH).

Where is the data on learning from home?

Learning teams: If you’re not collecting it, why not? On average, about 30% of knowledge worker time is spent working from home and you should know how much of that time is spent learning.

If you are collecting this data, you need to do some analysis to find out what’s happening. If people are LFH, what are they learning and what are the most successful elements you can scale up elsewhere?
