The other day I was chatting with someone who doesn’t work in learning and realised I rarely explain in enough detail. I make assumptions people have a basic knowledge about what I’m talking about and they have started to work out what I mean already.

Knowing the why matters but sometimes people need to know the how.

Is it more of a problem to aim too high or too low? Do I pitch at the right level?
