I was worrying about something throughout July and half of August. It was a personal thing and, due to circumstances, nothing I or anyone else could do anything about it.
The amount of energy I put into thinking about it was ridiculous; it ended in a positive outcome and thinking about it did nothing but cause me anxiety because I couldn’t influence it.
It’s really easy to say to people to ‘worry about what you can manage’. It’s very much harder to do it.
