What we have done is initiate a full Health and Safety learning programme for my household. As well as risk management we’ll cover basic first aid and use of knives etc. We’ll add it to the calendar to make sure everyone does it annually to make sure we don’t get more accidents.

It doesn’t matter that some of them in the household have done similar training before, we’ll need to verify completion here.

It doesn’t matter that some of them are fully trained first aiders; they might not be here when we have another accident.

Do I need to build an LMS to capture this data?
