Flexible Learning Innovation Space

Flexible Learning Innovation Space is a clumsy name but this approach by the University of Manchester seems quite elegant in terms of learning solution.

One of the key limits to innovation is physical – space, resource, fixed material – which is inflexible and (in many ways) a sunk cost. Getting round the assumption that fixed resource can’t be used fluidly is a challenging step.

Which fixed resources do you have? How else can they be interpreted, repurposed, or revised? Let me know in the comments.
