Short cuts

I take short cuts when I write blog posts. I assume that many people who might read it will have read posts by me before. That means I can skim through ideas, avoid repeating content and reference posts I’ve already published.

Pretty much every employee in your organisation would benefit from some shortcuts in your learning content delivery. What you don’t know is what they may have looked at, experienced, or engaged with before.

Understand the data better. Find what people HAVE done, DO know, and WANT to understand.

They’re not shortcuts then – they’re evidence based practice.
