
I was reviewing a new Glassdoor report on employer branding yesterday.
Although the sample is relatively small – 475 employers and 850 professionals – there is some interesting data about what people want and what employers offer. Frustratingly the words ‘learning’ or ‘development’ don’t appear in the report. The word ‘training’ appears once in a referral to improving culture.
Does branding of learning matter to people joining organisations?
