Regularly wrong, sometimes right

I saw the WEF The Future of Jobs Report 2023 has been released. In it, they identify a range of skills which they cite as the most important to have in 2023.

I noted the top two are analytical thinking and creative thinking. When I put together the Charity Learning Consortium little book of performance consulting, I identified heavy thinking – critical thought and creative thought – were the key skills needed to support organisations in thinking about developing themselves.

It’s nice to be right occasionally.
