• Are you hosting learning activity because it serves a strategic purpose or because you simply like hosting learning activity?
• And if your learning activities do serve a strategic purpose, can you clearly state it?
• Have you aligned the nature of that learning activity to its strategic purpose?
• Are you measuring whether the learning activity achieves its strategic purpose?

Can you say yes to all four questions above? If not, why not?
