Popular and worthy

There is so much noise on LinkedIn it can be really difficult to find the good stuff. The way the algorithm works means the popular stuff rises to the top. But popular doesn’t mean good.

If you’re not curating, searching and looking for the better stuff you’re relying on other people to tell you through their votes, likes and comments what ‘they’ think is good.

Take responsibility for your own feed; stop following the poor stuff and look at who adds value to you and makes the most of your precious time.
