I heard the phrase Strategy On A Page the other week from Chris Grose on one of the Learning Technologies Webinar series.

I’ve come across plan on a page before but SOAP made me pause. If you can’t get your learning strategy on a page, is it a strategy?

Strategy should be top level, principles based, with reference to the tactical, operational and transactional activity excluded. If you have to include more than the strategic intent, it’s a plan, not a strategy.
