The aim is to personalise

It seems we want personalised learning. Content, support, and activity which is designed specifically for me, my context and my needs. It looks like the supply of data to AI will create the circumstance where this will be more possible.

And there lies the paradox.

AI in learning mechanises and personalises, yet reduces the human connection and depersonalises.

Is personalisation the real goal, or is it more about automating delivery systems?
