I was listening to a webinar the other day; it wasn’t about learning but the use of technology in small business and how small organisations might want to automate processes. I was there to check we were doing the right things and doing things right – how else will we find out?
The speaker wanted to stress the following process:
- Identify the problem you want to address
- Look for digital solutions
- DO NOT start with the solution
Following on from my post yesterday about planning for the Learning Technologies Conference and Exhibition, which of 1 and 2 above are you doing?
And if you’re doing number 3 in the list, please tell me why.
Funnily enough, almost exactly one of the points I have in my prep notes for a certain podcast this afternoon!
