I was listening to a webinar the other day; it wasn’t about learning but the use of technology in small business and how small organisations might want to automate processes. I was there to check we were doing the right things and doing things right – how else will we find out?

The speaker wanted to stress the following process:

1. Identify the problem you want to address
2. Look for digital solutions
3. DO NOT start with the solution
