It’s 10 years since I first spoke at Learning Technologies Exhibition and Conference. At the time, I was working in local government and having to operate within incredibly tight budgets, with diminishing resources, and increasing demands.

Sounds familiar? I know it’s tough out there and getting the maximum bang for your buck, making the most of what you have, and sweating your resources in the best way to make sure you can squeeze the final drops out is expected, nay demanded.

I built a whole nil/neutral cost approach to learning which took the best of what we had and made sure we could support people in a way which helped them, and the organisation, in the best way.
