Good for nothing

We were talking about expectations, standards, and aims with a group I was working with the other day. A comment came out about making sure there is a focus on ‘good’ service.

My immediate question was ‘what does good look like’?

One person’s good might be another’s excellence. Similarly, it might be another’s unsatisfactory. Before you confirm you’re able to offer something ‘good’ make sure you and everyone else knows what good is defined as.

You’ll save yourselves a lot of pain and delay later.
