
There was a viral post last week on Twitter/X:
From a workplace learning perspective, I don’t care if you learn from ways which aren’t officially sanctioned by the organisation.
I don’t care if your performance improves in spite of the content put in front of you.
I don’t care if the happy sheets come back averaging 4 out of 5 for everything.
What I do care about is that you know where to go when you need help, and what L&D can do to improve your performance.
