I’m often asked what the one thing is people can do to improve their learning, training, strategy, people experience, data collection, evaluation practice, learning design, management development, reskilling, online facilitation, etc.

There isn’t, of course, one thing.

It’s a series of changes and activities that make small differences to what happens.
