Plans & Events

You can make plans and it’s sometimes necessary to correct and amend them. Occasionally your mitigations will also fail and so you put those emergency plans into place.

Very rarely, these will also fail.

We had that happen in the last week or so as combinations of illness and circumstance have stopped me and the people who work with me from doing what we planned. This post, for example, is being written from the waiting room of an Emergency Care department, where I’m waiting for a fix for another swollen mouth/tongue/lips episode.

At that point all you can do is stop, evaluate what has happened, what needs to happen, and how you can change it.

Normal service will hopefully be back tomorrow. If not, a mitigation will apply again.
