Exponents

The image features a large, blurred grassy area with the number "10" prominently displayed in yellow flowers. In the foreground, the word "EXPONENTS" is written in bold, white letters.

I’ve spoken about the Power of 10 before; it’s an approach to looking at performance 10 days, weeks, and months after a learning intervention to begin to recognise where patterns are forming and how learning impacts.

I’m delighted to have the opportunity to speak again about this in April this year with Watershed. We’ll be looking at creating the big picture of your learning impact, why looking at the long-term impact is essential for driving organisational change and seeing how to use data to make informed decisions.

I’d love it if you could be there.
