
The conversations I’m having about Proving Impact are really enlightening. One key theme appearing recently is just how many sources do you need to produce comprehensive and compelling reports.
You can only answer this question if you have:
a) understood the baseline you’re working from and;
b) have absolute clarity on what you want to achieve.
The question shouldn’t be about the data to prove what you’re doing but what your starting point is and what you are trying to accomplish.
It’s a bit like asking how many individual seeds you want without knowing what crop you’re growing and why.
