There is an “Engagement Meter” in Adobe Connect which you can use to test the “engagement” of people in the session.
It’s not, of course measuring anything like that; it’s counting how many people have the Adobe window active and then offering a percentage based on the number of people, the time they’ve been there, and whether that screen is active. I’ve been running four sessions this week in Adobe Connect and the average percentages have been around 70%.
It’s potentially a vanity metric and don’t know if that’s good; a conversation with someone recently and they were horrified the score was less than 100%.
Is 100% a perfect, realistic and achievable score?
If we had meters in face to face sessions, what would the score be?
