
I made an error with yesterday’s post – it didn’t schedule properly and although it appeared on LinkedIn, wasn’t pushed to inboxes or my blog site.
This is an ongoing list of errors I’ve made which includes misspellings, image issues, and formatting problems. They haven’t met my high standards and could, arguably, be called performance issues.
How many people reading this would be asked to design some training on the basis of these ‘training needs’? I can imagine brightly coloured elearning, videos of processes, quizzes on spelling, etc.
Unlikely? I know I’ve been asked to produce training like this in the past and I’d guarantee people are probably being asked to do similar today, based purely on these performance issues.
How do you really support learning and development?
