Lateness

A red alarm clock outside in green grass with the word LATENESS in bold

I hate lateness.
Hate is a strong word and emotion but that’s how it feels.

When a time is agreed, keeping someone waiting is, to me, a form of disrespect.

And yet…today’s post is late.

I could list the reasons: work, travel, tiredness, forgetfulness. But that’s not the point.

The truth is, I made a commitment and I didn’t follow through.

That matters. And I’ll do better.
