If a course happens and nothing changes, did the course run?

This approach – we did something and you didn’t change so it’s YOUR fault – is performative learning. I’ve mentioned learning theatre before; that’s building the structures, platforms, LMS, and courses. Performative learnign is insisting that it a) has to happen, and b) if it makes no difference, learning isn’t accountable.
