Most L&D teams are busy creating REALLY good stuff. The real question is: why isn’t it landing?

In the private sector, too much activity gets stuck in learning content, vendor thinking, and culture interventions which don’t shift the behaviour needle.

In the public sector, credibility is being judged on completions and audits rather than the outcomes and impacts for citizens or services.

Different settings with the same problems:

  • Strategy on paper, not in practice.
  • Activity over outcomes.
  • Reporting in L&D language, not business or service value.
