Destination: learning
We all have aims, targets and objectives and know when we’ve reached them. We have service, target and performance measures which confirm how well we’ve done. We have reviews, evaluations and assessments to check our success. Such a shame that all the learning happens before you reach the destination.
Learning paradox
If LnD help them learn, they won’t need learning. If they don’t need learning, LnD aren’t required. Therefore, to be required, LnD shouldn’t help them learn.
