Why do LnD still market a once and done approach to learning?

Can’t sell? Learn this.

Can’t comply? Learn this.

Can’t coach? Learn this.

Can’t manage? Learn this.

Can’t lead? Learn this.

Vaccinations are designed to train the body’s immune system before it comes into contact with a virus. They’re done across large populations to create a wider immunity.

How do people perceive learning if your approach is once and done, protection against an unwanted bacteria, scaled up to provide or immunisation to its effects?
