Design vulnerabilities. System vulnerabilities. Community vulnerabilities. Delivery vulnerabilities. Governance vulnerabilities. Digital vulnerabilities. People don’t have vulnerabilities; people are vulnerable. The best mitigation for people isn’t systems, frameworks or resources. It’s care. Care enough so people don’t feel vulnerable and guess what, the other vulnerabilities won’t matter so much.
