Asking someone to do something to help you is a powerful question, particularly if you’re in a hierarchical position of perceived power. If you hand the same person the problem and your support to help them solve it, you hand them the power.
New you. New diet. New gym membership. New hobby. New mindset. New approach. New resolutions. Why? You’re already great and you shouldn’t be forced by society to make a change on an arbitrary date.
