I’m in a meeting at the moment, talking about coproduction and showing my colleague how WordPress works. It’s interesting to me in that I have been talking about L&D being a provider and here is an example of provision but with the analysis taking place up front.
The person I’m with also wants to look at how we engage a community. This post from FeverBee interested me today, particularly this point:
Successful communities has very little to do with technology and a lot to do with developing a strong group identity.
So, some thoughts:
- How do we identify the group’s identity?
- Does the group we’re working with HAVE a group identity?
- Whose role is it to create the identity or do rely on it to happen organically?
