Wind chill factor

Our bodies are surrounded by a warm layer of air. When it’s windy, that layer is blown away and we feel colder.

The stronger the wind, the quicker the warm insulation is blown away from around us. We can protect ourselves against it with layers, hats, gloves, scarves.

When the wind is an external change, how does your organisation respond to the wind chill? Your learning function should be showing the organisation how to add layers, lean into the wind and protect that precious warmth. Once that heat has gone, it can take an awfully long time to re-heat.
