Checking up

The use of online platforms for content is ubiquitous and managers have access to information and data about their workforce to a degree they’ve never experienced before. Managers can check how long an individual has spent learning, the range of activity and preferred order.

If you’re a manager, what would you do if you saw that a member of your team had completed some online stress management learning?
