Who’s responsible?

In most matters of workplace learning, it’s the LnD function. In matters of workplace performance it’s more complex.

Ask who’s accountable, and that is unlikely to be LnD. Is that why we’re happy to work on counting learning rather than measuring performance?

Make sure you know who is accountable; expectations matter.
