There is a plethora of systems and processes being re-engineered to change the way LnD does what it does.
What LnD often does is to then fit these into the all-pervasive culture of the way things are done in our organisation, function, sector or industry. The irony is that we’re trying to do the same things to help people to do things differently*.
When your purpose is to maintain the status quo in a changing environment you have to question whether what you’re doing is the right thing.
