Change agent

Learning is about change. That might be changing people’s actions, behaviours, or the conversations they have in their workplace.

For change like this to be successful, it almost always has to be specific to the individual and more than a generalised message. This is the message about personalised learning which is marketed to LnD professionals.

LnD is regularly asked to make mass change – you can only do that by approaching each person as their individual and focused change agent. That means working in a different way.
