
I’ve mentioned before that integrity is eyes, mouth and feet all pointing in the same direction.
My integrity hasn’t changed since I started Llarn and if I see things that are wrong, I still need to call them out. Llarn means clean in Welsh; that means having clarity of purpose and values.
Will that damage my business? I’d hope not.
Will I be able to live with myself? Absolutely.
Integrity doesn’t have an off button.
