I remember when I bought my Kindle. I filled it with free books across every genre so I’d always have something to read. Then I realised that I had to pay a little to get something a little bit better. This carried on for a couple of years until I realised that the only way to get the newest and best books was to pay the price being asked.

Nil and neutral is great when you want to share and curate common knowledge – a quick glance at YouTube will show you there are tons of sources available. If you want something more specific and personal, you do have to make an investment, whether that be time, money, attention or focus.

Don’t be afraid to ask people to make an investment – it may be the only way to prove that you’re different to the rest.
