
There seems to be a lot of discussion around this again. Like all ideas, it’s being misinterpreted.
The learning organisation:
- Isn’t always learning
- Isn’t counting everything
- Isn’t keeping everything within the organisation
- Isn’t forcing a culture of learning
- Isn’t telling people what they need to learn
It’s about capacity more than ability.
