The learning organisation

There seems to be a lot of discussion around this again. Like all ideas, it’s being misinterpreted.

The learning organisation:

  • Isn’t always learning
  • Isn’t counting everything
  • Isn’t keeping everything within the organisation
  • Isn’t forcing a culture of learning
  • Isn’t telling people what they need to learn

It’s about capacity more than ability.
