I saw this rather brilliant video and accompanying tweet the other day:

How do you square the circle that this video, with urban vibes fits perfectly in one store, but would be completely wrong elsewhere?

Culture isn’t what you make it to be, it’s what the people working at your organisation want it to be – and that includes learning.
