It was the LPI Learning Awards last night.

I won.

Twice.

Gold as part of the team from the Dept of Health and Social Care (DHSC) delivering Lateral Flow Testing training. Bronze for Learning Professional of the Year setting up my business, podcast, daily blogs, writing a book on performance consulting for the Charity Learning Consortium and the above mentioned support to DHSC.

I want to say thanks to EVERYONE who has supported, engaged, argued, inspired, challenged, questioned, backed, promoted, contracted, slated, assisted, endorsed and generally been part of my community.
